The doctors at Siddharth Hair Transplant Centre believe that, an important aspect of consultation is educating the patients about their problem and possible treatment options. The patient is allowed to decide about the option he/she would like to opt for, after knowing the pros and cons. There is never an effort to sell a procedure to the patient. Though we may recommend you treatment modalities best suitable for you which we have learned out of our qualification and years of experience.

Patients will have plenty of opportunity in the consultation to ask any questions that they may have about their hair loss and its treatment. Apart from gross examination, all patients undergo trichoscopic evaluation. After detailed examination the doctors arrive at a diagnosis and discuss the possible treatment options with the advantages and disadvantages of each option.

Time Duration needed at the clinic:

• The first hair transplant consultation takes 15-20 minutes. While consultation for other hair related problems will need 10 min
• consider wait time of 15-20 minutes before consultation.
• As consultations are conducted by doctors and not sales consultants (No license or degree, Sales pitch, misleading recommendations, inadequate counseling, No experience), all consultations are chargeable.

Timings for Consultation :

• Monday to Friday : 1-2pm and 5-6 pm with prior appointment.
• Saturday:  1-2 pm

As such, clinic opens at 8 am and we work until 6pm. Usually the whole day, surgery is going on and doctor is busy with the surgery during the whole time. So , consultation hours are limited , so as are appointment numbers.

If the patient wishes to see the doctors at times other than this, they could put in a request with the front desk. If possible, we would try to accommodate.

Charges for Procedures

Consultaion charges : new patient , Rs. 500

follow up patient Rs. 200

The charges for hair transplantation depend upon the number of grafts, disposables, GST (service tax), and anesthetist charges. These charges are decided after the consultation.The charges include

• Hair transplantation surgery
• PRP procedure during transplantation
• Laboratory reports that we do from our end

Any consultations there after whenever needed. We don’t charge our patients any consultations after the surgery.

Complimentary low level Laser and Mesotherapy sessions once in 15 days uptill 1 year, whenever applicable.

Charges for other procedures:

• Laser and mesptherapy – Rs. 1500 per session
• PRP – Rs. 1500 per session

*frequency and total number of sessions for both procedures will be decided by doctor after discussion with the patient

If you are not able to come in person to the clinic, don’t worry!  we can guide you online! This is how we do it.
• Send pictures of your head- front, top, sides and back (if possible natural light, not selfie)
• After seeing the pictures, doctor may ask a few questions which front desk staff will communicate back to you. After all necessary questions and discussions are over, doctor will lay out the treatment plan for you
• In case of hair transplant, you will be informed about the necessary procedure, grafts number, requirement of body hair (if any), duration of the procedure, expected outcome, number of days you need to stay back in the city, follow up treatment and all other necessary pre procedure details.
• In case you need to start with medicines , doctor will layout the treatment plan with prescription for 3 months. Depending upon improvement, further treatment plan will be decided.
• All the communications will be done through front desk staff on behalf of the doctor, Dr Ragini Ghiya

Time Duration needed for online consultation:
• We usually revert back in 1-2 days time on phone or on e-mail
